СТРАТЕГІЧНЕ БАЧЕННЯ РОЗВИТКУ СОЛОНЯНСЬКОЇ СЕЛИЩНОЇ ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНОЇ ГРОМАДИ

Стратегічне бачення (візія) - це спільне, погоджене на основі консенсусу, уявлення жителів громади про те, якою вона має виглядати в майбутньому.

Солонянська селищна територіальна громада 2027 – це громада:

інвестиційно приваблива громада з інфраструктурою, достатньою для обслуговування населення та бізнесу, з розвиненим сільським господарством та новими підприємствами, що працюють за новітніми технологіями, з розвинутою енергозберігаючої інфраструктурою, якісною питною водою, гарним житлом та дорогами;
з мешканцями, які згуртовано працюють на сталий розвиток громади і користуються широким спектром послуг;
з кваліфікованою місцевою владою, що піклується про кожного жителя громади та використовує сучасні інструменти управляння;
в якій комфортно жити мешканцям і відпочивати гостям;
з надзвичайним людським потенціалом здатним брати на себе відповідальність і будувати майбутнє;
в якій створюються робочі місця, надаються якісні медичні, освітні та культурні послуги.

Strategic Vision for Community Development:

The Solone Village Community is:

an investment-attractive community with infrastructure sufficient to serve both residents and businesses, providing comfortable and safe living conditions;
a community with residents, who work cohesively towards sustainable development and benefit from a wide range of high-quality services.

Block 1: General statistical information about the community

Solone village territorial community is the territorial community in Dnipropetrovsk region. The administrative center is the village of Solone. The community consists of 51 settlements: (2 settlements and 49 villages.)

The total area of Solone community is 902.7 km²

23,782 people live on the territory of the community.

Women - 55% - 55 percent

Men - 45% - 45 percent

The community of Solone was formed in 2015 by unification of residents points of one settlement and three village councils. The territories of six more village councils have been added to the community since 2021.

Block 2: History

The territory of the community was settled long ago. The first settlements on the site of the modern village of Solone appeared as early as the 3rd millennium BC. There were remnants of ancient settlements found during archaeological excavations on the outskirts of the village.

There is a unique Svitlana Kulbashna garden-park on the territory of Solone community, which received the First National award for landscape architecture and garden design as the best object of public space.

In the center of Solone you can see the architectural monument of the end of the 19th century - the Bergman estate, built in the Gothic style. This building is a bright single sample of German-Mennonite manors built in the 2nd part of the XIX century.

Block 3: Economy and prosperity

Solone community is situated in the Central part of Ukraine and has access to the right bank of the largest Ukrainian river, the Dnipro. A convenient geographical position determines the presence of production capacities of many factories on the territory of our community.

The share of industry in the economic structure of the community is 44%(44 percent).

This part of the economy is formed by such producers as:

* polymer materials – Polymer Detail Plant / Zavod Polimerdetal LLC (trade mark "SoloPlast")

* components and materials for the manufacture of metallurgical products – LLC

"Techmet" and "Intermetal Scientific and Industrial Factory" LLC

* metal structures and manufacturers - "Zavod Metalist" LLC.

Service Industry is represented by the activities of the Landscape Bureau "Rain Garden". It’s the service for the garden creation, roof landscaping, general plan of the sites, flower garden, lawn, streams and cascades of reservoirs and fountain complexes.

The construction sector is represented by the foreign investor “Kaparol LLC Dnipro", which invests in the new types of products and offers modern paints, varnishes , construction mixtures.

"Agro-Oven" LLC is one of the Ukrainian leaders in breeding broilers.

The processing industry of the community is aimed at the production of:

*groats and flour - LLC "Service Pak" and LLC "Soyuz"

*dairy products and rennet cheeses - OJSC "Solonyanskyi molokozavod"/ “Solone Dairy Plant”

*food products - "Native Product" LLC.

Agricultural and manufacturing factories are the most developed in the Solone community. The community is engaged in grain and oil crops cultivation, poultry farming, berry growing and meat production.

Growing organic products is a modern trend. Export oriented "UkrBioLend" LLC is the agricultural service cooperative with certified land bank over 5,620 hectares.

Prospective areas for investment:

* river logistics

* green tourism/ ecotourism

* storage and processing of agricultural products

* production and processing of vegetables* food production

Block 4: Society and war

From the first days of the war, Solone community did not stand aside from active resistance the aggressor and help the inhabitants of the territories where active hostilities were conducted.

All work is aimed at two main directions: support internally displaced persons and assistance to the Ukrainian Army.

As of January 1, 2024, 1,479 internally displaced persons live in the community. The Village Council initiates and coordinates work with charitable foundations, public organizations to attract their help for people who have suffered from the war.

Solone community became a reliable rear for the Armed Forces of Ukraine thanks to the cohesion and proactive attitude of the community residents . People collect funds, buy cars,radio transmitters, thermal imagers for the military.

A volunteer movement was launched to make camouflage nets and trench candles, to prepare food for front.

In 2016, Solone Support School ,the space of new educational possibilities, was created, where students have opportunities to develop their skills and talents.

There is a single educational, cultural and sports center in Solone community.

In partnership with the regional government, a sports complex was built which includes: large and small artificial covering football pitches, volleyball and basketball courts and the workout area. Thanks to this, the inhabitants of the community have more motivation for active and healthy lifestyle. Our people continue to do sports, despite the military actions.

Block 5: Development strategy

Solone village territorial community is the investment attractive community. We can highlight the main vector of sustainable development in the community. It is the acceleration and development of the economy, infrastructure and creation of high standards of living.

Solone community has already formed the bank of investment proposals and project ideas.

The Public Budget also operates. The idea of the 2021 winners to create a center of citizens’ activity, a center of free space, has already been implemented. In May 2023, the modern center of citizens’ activity was opened in the community.
